As a history enthusiast, my stay at the Best Western Plus Colony Inn in Atascadero was a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. the central location provided easy access to the local wineries and vineyard tours, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the charm of the Central Coast wine region. the complimentary hot breakfast buffet surpassed expectations, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day right. the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel extended to the recreational facilities, especially the outdoor pool and hot tub, where we could unwind after a day of exploring the nearby landmarks. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning ensuring a comfortable stay. My fiance and I particularly enjoyed the serene garden furniture outside our room, where we could relax and soak in the California sunshine. the hotel's proximity to culinary attractions and the Pacific Ocean was a bonus, allowing us to easily explore the area's diverse offerings. Overall, the Best Western Plus Colony Inn provided a welcoming retreat during our visit to Atascadero. Whether you're a weekend traveler or in town for business, this hotel offers a cozy atmosphere and convenient access to the best that San Luis Obispo County has to offer.
